Walter Palombo was nothing short of amazing when I approached him about renting a space for 3 CUPE locals to share. Based on our meetings and conversations Walter was able to answer questions effectively and professionally for all 3 locals and recommended which suites would work best for us and our needs. He accommodated multiple site meetings when requested to ensure all 3 CUPE locals were happy and satisfied with the arrangements. Walter Managed the requirements for each local such as start dates, reno completions, infrastructure requirements like electrical and HVAC. He willingly negotiated ft2 requirements effectively for each local and recommended which space would make a good fit for which local. All in all, Walter worked effectively and efficiently with 3 locals to provide us with what we needed without incident.
