Prior to moving to Sarnia, we lived in Kilbride/North Burlington for 24 years. We sold our home last August and began our search for a house in Sarnia. We had no real estate contacts, or preferences for any one company.

An offer was made on a Friday and Walter got back to us late the next day letting us know our offer was accepted. Finishing paperwork had to be completed on the Saturday – Walter invited us to his home to make sure all was completed and in order. We felt that was going the extra mile. He kept in touch from that time, until moving day , and was waiting to welcome us to our new home on that day. He continues to check in with us to see all is well with our new home and how we have settled in to our new neighbourhood and city.
